Moses, it's not that Islam is wrong. The fact is, a lot of Muslims
nowadays just follow the Islamic things that they see fit, not all of
it. They follow what they want and what they have been taught by their
parents/ancestors, whether it was part of the religion or not.
Back in the old days, around 50 years and before, the Saudi government discouraged women having any rights or education. They preferred for them to be dumb and uneducated. And that is completely against the belief of Islam. Education and knowledge are huge parts of Islam, and it is very much encouraged, whether you were male or female. Ignorance is looked down upon in this religion."
